We had a fantastic stay at this hotel during our Copenhagen to Berlin bicycle trip. The location on the path was ideal, making it easy for us to continue our journey. The hotel itself has a rich history, which we could feel in the atmosphere. The newly renovated rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offered a range of facilities for kids both outside and in the basement, ensuring that families are well taken care of. The swimming facilities, although old, were still in good condition. We were also pleased to find a secure barn where we could lock up our bicycles for the night.

services were definately Best western ambiance was east german and none the worst for it. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. the staff were great very friendly and helpful and the food was simple, good and very well cooked. We went onto a 5star in Berlin of onlythe same standard.

Good Breakfast and Location the breakfast at this hotel was great with a lot of options to choose from. It is located in a good area with easy access to public transportation and many restaurants and shops nearby. Another advantage was the comfortable bed, which provided a good night's rest.
Not well, maintained and Unfriendly Staff Unfortunately, the hotel is poorly maintained and is in need of a thorough cleaning. the carpets were dirty and there were spiderwebs everywhere.

The staff were not very friendly or helpful, often leaving guests feeling unwelcome. The quality of the food at the restaurant was mediocre, and the promised dinners as part of the package were not as advertised.
